Boats come to Bluffton Road from Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, Savannah, Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. Pick-up is the exception, so here is how each trip works. The services are laid out on the services page, and finished boats are in the gallery.
- Bluffton
- The yard is here at 138 Bluffton Rd (Hwy 46), and boats at Old Joy Landing in Bluffton get free pick-up and delivery for detailing and bottom painting.
- Hilton Head Island
- Trailer the boat over to Bluffton Road for repair, paint and coatings; the free pick-up and delivery runs only from Old Joy Landing in Bluffton.
- Beaufort
- Boats from Beaufort come to the yard on a trailer, and the quote is still a fixed price set after Paul has looked at the hull.
- Savannah, GA
- A Savannah boat gets to the yard on a trailer; the Old Joy Landing pick-up does not reach that far, so plan the haul when you book.
- Charleston
- Same arrangement as Savannah: trailer it to Bluffton Road, and call first so the inspection is set before the boat travels.
- The surrounding Lowcountry
